With a push of the button, the Docking Station activates the gyro hand exercisers! It just takes a few seconds to get the gyro up to operating speed with the docking station (requires 2 AA batteries which are not included). When you're not using your powerball, the Docking Station is a great way to display it (perhaps on your office desk). It securely holds your gyro in place. Please note that this listing is for the DOCKING STATION ONLY (the Powerball shown below is NOT included--although please check our other listings if you would like to purchase both together or any other powerball related product).
