For example, if you are pumping out reps of bench presses or skull crushers to build up your chest and triceps, your wrists are going to give out way before your chest or tri's get a good work out.

These wrist wraps will help hold the weights in your hands for more and more reps allowing for a more intense workout on those larger muscle groups.

Just use the thumb loop as a starter guide and then wrap them as tight as you want around your wrist using the velcro to lock them in place. Your wrists won't buckle allowing you to lift more weight safely.
