A PAIR OF RUSSIAN, NICHOLAS II, ca. 1900, ANTIQUE CLOISONNE ENAMEL ON SILVER LAY DOWN PERFUME BOTTLES WITH THEIR STOPPERS. DESIGNED IN THE "OLD RUSSIAN" STYLE. HALLMARKED ILLEGIBLY ON THE COLLAR OF THE STOPPERS, AND WITH CLEAR HALLMARK [LADY PROFILE HEAD WITH TIARA FACING RIGHT - 88 STANDARD - MARK USED 1908 - 1917] ON ONE COLLAR. THE PERFUMES MEASURE 3-½" TALL BY 1-5/8" WIDE BY 1-3/8" DEEP. BOTTLES IN VERY GOOD CONDITION: NO DENTS OR BREAKS TO SILVER, NO LOSSES TO WIRES, NO CHIPPING OR LOSS OF ENAMELS. BOTH STOPPERS HAVE CHIPPING TO THE ENAMELS, NOT DENTED. THE CHAIN THAT IS ORIGINAL TO ONE STOPPER ONLY NEEDS REATTACHMENT TO THE LOOP ON THE BOTTLE.
