A PAIR OF ANTIQUE, CA. 1880’S, BRONZED WHITE METAL HOLLOW CAST CLOCK GARNITURE STATUES. BOTH ARE ON BRONZED WHITE METAL PLATFORMS ATTACHED TO CAST IRON BASES WITH BLACK ENAMEL FINISH. THEY ARE PICTURE ON PG 58 OF THE ANSONIA CLOCK CO. CATALOG 1886-1887 REPRINT AS DON JUAN AND DON CAESAR. THEY MEASURE 20-½” TALL BY 7-¾” BOTTOM DIAMETER. VERY GOOD CONDITION: DON CAESAR IS COMPLETE, WITH UNWORN ORIGINAL FINISH, SOME PEEL TO BLACK ENAMEL ON BASE. DON JUAN IS MISSING THE BLADE TO HIS SWORD. ORIGINAL UNWORN FINISH, MINOR FLAKES TO THE BLACK ENAMEL ON BASE. BOTH WHITE METAL CASTINGS WITHOUT DENTS OR BREAKS. THE PAIR FOR ONE PRICE.
