perfect for a little girl's birthday

Cute little girl's birthday page!  It has a pink cardstock backing with a scallopped yellow patterned paper: the pattern is tiny little mulit color hearts and streamers.  The title is glittered and attached with a 3D effect.  I also used a strip of Heidi Grace paper near the bottom: it has little birthday candles on it that have glitter and it says "make a wish".  there  are pastel colored brads used and a green and white checkered ribbon.  the little tag near the bottom of the page is purple with a birthday cake and a little ribbon bow, there is a tiny little epoxy sticker on it that says "wish".  The mats are alternating purple/pink and measure 4 x 4 3/4 and 3 1/2 x 4 3/4
