  THERE IS CURRENTLY NO ADULT CONTENT ON THE SITE AND SITE COULD BE DEVELOPED FOR NON ADULT USE AS WELL. Per eBay rules the site does not currently offer any sales and links back to our main website which links to our eBay auctions only. You will need to develop your own site and content. I am open to offers but I think my starting bid is a very fair price. If I do not sell I will try to establish this site and make more money with it in the future. When I advertised this site it got over 100,000 hits and was listed on Google, and Yahoo. I have owned this domain for approximately 10 years and purchased it when domains were in big boom. I have been paying fees for years on this domain and not using it to it's full capability so it's time for me to sell it and quit paying dues on it. Lease purchase, owner financing, or profit share potentials may be options on this domain name. Please inquire via email and we'll setup an auction specifying details and terms if we can come to an agreement. I don't know how to price this so I'm giving it my best effort and judgement. If you want to make an offer, no matter how ridiculous, let me know. If it doesn't sell I may consider relisting at your offer price. I will also help promote this site for you with site submission software once it is transferred and up. This is a generic name that could be for almost any female adult site. If you are willing to develop this site or already have an established site, you should be able to make the starting bid price back in 90 days. I will work with you however it needs to be done to transfer this site to your name and servers once payment is complete. We can use escrow or close with an attorney if you like. I have a great local attorney who can handle everything and has very reasonable fees. Buyer will be responsible for half of closing and attorney's fees to close on this domain name. 10% earnest money will be due within 5 days delivered via certfied mail with tracking to the address which will be provided at checkout. Buyer must email confirmation of tracking number within 24 hours of auction close. If earnest money is not received buyer will be responsible for reimbursing us for all listing fees and we will send a second chance offer to an earlier bidder.
