• in the event there are returned Used or Preowned items customers are responsible for return shipping to SCRAPTRONICS. Returned items and shipping must be approved ONLY by SCRAPTRONICS USA MANAGEMENT.
• There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned Used and Preowned items.
• Shipping costs ARE NOT! refundable at anytime.
• All orders are processed Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm PST.
