PRESIDENT DWIGHT D. 40 CHANNEL CB RADIO BASE, MIKE & 2 SPEAKERS WORKS

This is a President Dwight D. vintage 40 channel base station which was made in Japan. It includes the original matching President hand mike. Also included are two President speakers which are wired together and work fine. Each speaker measures about 5-1/2 x 5-3/4 x 11-3/8 inches and are in very good condition with just some light scratches. It has all its rubber feet on the bottom.

The transceiver measures about 15 x 12-3/8 x 5-1/4 inches. It's in good to very good condition with all the original lettering intact and showing. There are no cracks - just some light scratches to the cabinet. It has all of its rubber feet on the bottom. The transceiver has the control #70000912 on the back. The transceiver is tested as working. It's power tested for 4 watts out and TX and RX appear to work. The clock is not working. All dials and other functions are believed to be operational and working ok but I cannot guarantee it. Switches seem to work and all the knobs and dials rotate ok. Except for the clock not working, electrically all seems fine but some pots are a little noisy and may need the usual contact cleaning. The lamps all appear to be working.

So it is tested working but sold as is with no guarantee or warranty. I cannot guarantee how the unit will work when you receive it but it will not be DOA. The unit may need some tweaking or refurbishing. What you see is what you get - transceiver, mike and two speakers. There is no operators manual included.
