I will beat ANY "buy it now" price on eBay, or ANY other website anywhere…….PERIOD! just send me the auction # or website and I beat their price.
The pots are ready for wax or soap!
I do all the work, all you have to do is take it out of the box, plug it in, add wax or soap, melt, then open the valve and pour!
I do accept paypal, BUT do not prefer it, the fees are ridiculous. If you are willing to pay with a personal check or money order I will return the favor by shipping out the wax melter before payment (yes, I said BEFORE payment!) then once you get the wax melter you can send me a personal check or money order! ... I will even pay the postage to ship your payment back to me..... Each $3-$4 paypal fee adds up and does cut into what little profit I make on each wax melter.
You have NOTING TO LOSE! The wax melter will be in your hands before you have to return payment!
Dont worry about buying a stamp! or keeping up with my address! I will gladly include a self addressed stamped return envelope with my address already printed on the envelope and your address printed as the sender address. So all you have to do is put the payment in the envelope and drop it in the mail!
you can contact me by phone at 1-866-WAX-MELT (1-866-929-6358) if you have any questions
The pot comes fully assembled with pour valve/fittings, glass lid, adjustable thermostat, electrical cord, and dipping basket. I have several of these pots on hand ready to ship.
I also include instructions on how to use your melting pot, and some quick tips on cleaning your unit!
Shipping via FED-EX within the lower 48 states is only $14.95, and does include insurance and a tracking number!
I will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada for around $25-$30
Making these melting pots are really not that difficult, but you have to have patience, be handy with a drill/thread tap, and have the knowledge of how to put everything together.
- I use a Presto Kitchen Kettle which holds 6 quarts of candle wax/soap (around 8 pounds!)
- I use a 3/8" BRASS Full-Port Ball Valve, (ball valves are preferred over any other kind of valve because of the heat tolerance and because of the short motion required to open and close them) The display picture shows a dark blue handled ball valve, I have several different ball valves on hand so your ball valve handle may be blue, red, or yellow.
- With the ball valve you can open the valve about 1/3 of the way ("SLOW POUR" see picture) and pour a slow steady stream of wax/soap for smaller containers. Or, open it all the way ("FAST POUR" see picture) and pour a very fast steady stream of wax/soap for larger containers.
- I use a steel 3/8'' bushing on the inside of the pot and a steel 3/8'' hex nipple on the pour end of the ball valve.
- I do not use the “elbow” (90 degree) fitting at the pour end because the elbow tends to make the wax/soap splash when it is being poured. The 3/8'' steel hex nipple is long enough to ensure enough room for you to be able to pour your wax/soap into your desired jar/container. If you prefer the 90 degree elbow at the end I will add the fitting for $1.00 more
- Not only do I use teflon to seal the fittings, I go an extra step and seal everything with a high temperature insulating sealant!
I guarantee that my melting pots will NEVER clog. I will test each pot for leaks before I ship it out.
Your Presto pot will not have the "PRESTOWAX" logo on the side of your pot, that pot is my display model that I use at craft shows etc....
This is the easiest way to melt and pour wax/soap on the market.
