WARRANTY

NEW SCOOTERS AND CHAIRS INCLUDE A ONE (1) YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT COVERS ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL PARTS. TRANSPORTATION AND LABOR COSTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

One-Year Limited Warranty

One year on drive train components including transaxle, motor and electronic components. 100% or replacement parts cost.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are wear items and are not warranted:

* ABS plastic shrouds and footrest
* Motor Brushes
* Brake Pads
* Tires
* Upholstery and seating
* Batteries

Other Items Not warranted:

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from A Friendly Scooter, circumstances beyond the control of A Friendly Scooter, labor service calls and shipping costs and other charges incurred for repair of the product.

There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. ANy and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under and and all warranties are excluded.

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL NEW ITEMS

YOU HAVE SEVEN (7) DAYS TO INSPECT FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGE. IF THERE ARE ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGE, THE MANUFACTURER WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE IT AT NO COST TO YOU. THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INSTRUCTIONS, AND WARRANTY MATERIAL. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING AND SHIPPING THE PRODUCT. ONCE RECEIVED IN LIKE NEW CONDITION WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE, LESS THE ORIGINAL OUTBOUND FREIGHT AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
