Our Braided Rugs are made of 100% Natural Fiber Jute.
Jute is a primary resource fiber, grown directly from the earth. Jute is cultivated from a sustainable resource in Bangladesh. It is one of the strongest and oldest fibers known to man. Therefore our braided rugs are extremely durable, lasting for many years and are biodegradable making them environmentally friendly.

We are proud of the fact that Earth Rugs™ are not treated with any moth proofing chemical. The natural properties of our jute fiber make our braided rugs naturally moth proof.

We are proud of the fact that Earth Rugs™ have not been treated with any fire retardant chemical. Our Jute Fiber has natural fire retardant properties. Earth Rugs™ meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission standard FF1 for flammability. That’s why Earth Rugs™ are the natural choice near the hearth and in the home! Earth Rugs™ are Long Lasting & Easy Care!
Earth Rugs™ can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Periodically clean with water or a little sun and fresh air never hurts. Vacuum normally. We do not recommend machine washing our fine braided rugs.

Orders will be shipped via our carriers USPS Priority Mail and/or UPS in 5-7 Business Days or less. Our warehouse processes order Monday-Friday only.
Offices & Warehouse are closed ALL weekends and Holidays
*At checkout you have the option of RUSHING (Expedited Flat Rate Shipping) the processing time in our warehouse to 24 business hours after payment is received. This is a $10 processing fee in addition to normal freight costs. This will not change the time in transit but just speed up the in-house processing time. Excludes Rug Shipments
Shipping rates are good in the 48 Contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii and ALL international orders will be charged EXACT shipping, shipping adjustment will occur after the sale.
Placing your order
Should you experience any problems in placing an order, or have questions or comments please Contact Us. We would be very happy to assist.
To place an order, click on the “BUY IT NOW” button next to each item. You can then checkout or continue shopping and adding additional product to your cart. Once you have finished adding items to your cart you will need to checkout. You will be prompt to enter your credit card data or sign into your PayPal (PayPal account not required to checkout).
Payment Options
All payments must be made at time of purchase/auction end. Otherwise the purchase/bid will be forfeited and item relisted. Per eBay's policy a nonpayment negative feedback will be applied the account.
Back Orders
We may occasionally have to back order an item. If any products are to become backordered or out of stock you will be notified immediately. Buyer has the option to wait (forecasted arrival date will be provided) for product restock or cancel your order. You will only be charged for that item when it is shipped to you. We will ship your back ordered item as soon as it is available or will issue a credit towards your method of payment. Restocking fees do not apply to backorders/out of stocks.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any product purchased from Appleseed Primitives LLC please contact our order department and request a return authorization. All returns MUST be authorized before returning to our warehouse.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to ALL returns, no matter what the circumstance is. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed. All returns must be notified to Appleseed Primitives within 5 business days of delivery and returned via UPS or FedEx to our warehouse NO LATER than 10 business days after Authorization is issued.
All authorized return items must be in their original purchase condition, which includes the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, paperwork, product cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not altered or defaced in any manner.
Returns that do not follow our returns process or meet returns requirements will be refused and returned to sender. All returns need to include a copy of your order along with authorization documentation in the return package. Returns are processed after arrival to the warehouse and inspection. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be initiated.
Damage during Transit
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Please open all packages immediately and report damage within 3 business days of delivery.

All our images/photos are issued by each manufacturer and all images/photo are taken in a professional photo studio to display items as accurately as possible. Appleseed Primitives LLC is not responsible if your monitor shows color different than actual image/photo. Each product provides additional details and descriptions within the store listings.
