Welcome to my SANTA auction..

This guy turned out to be so very special and will surely steal your heart...He has such an old-fashioned look and feel.

At 21" tall (not counting his long hat),he is made from aged muslin ...

His face is hand-embroidered,a needle-sculpted nose and wool beard,moustach, and full head of hair are needle-felted in place.....

He is dressed from head to toe in vintage fabrics with lots of wonderful texture and charm....Soooo very PRIM! ....

His coat and hat are made from vintage chenille with the fringe at the bottom of his long coat..I just love the shade of green in this old bed covering..I trimmed his coat,hat and pants with a darling vintage fringe in cream and red...

He has a green cord belt with rusty jingle bells tied to the ends....

His pants are made from barn red vintage wool and trimmed with matching fringe...

His boots and gloves are painted brown,sanded and aged for a prim look..

Santa is holding a quilt heart that I made from a very OLD and tattered antique red and cream quilt...

I embroidered "JOY" on a piece of vintage cotton and attached it with bells to the front of his heart...

His heart is not attached and can be arranged as you like...

This old fashioned fellow will surely bring smiles and joy to your holiday home or would make a wonderful gift for that special someone on your Christmas list..

I have added a loop at the back of his neck for easy hanging if you like....

This original santa is hand-made by me without a pattern and is truely one-of-a-kind...

Made from pieces of the past to create a keepsake for years to come...
