Warranty

We warranty all of our products for 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. You should report any defects within 7 days from delivery for us to proceed with the replacement or refund process. 

Discount

We offer a 20% discount off total shipping price on combined items that are shipped together.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping discount is applied prior to making payment.  The opportunity for discount ends upon receiving payment from the buyer for all items to be combined.  We cannot apply discounts retro-actively.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please read the listing before bidding, and if unsure, email us with questions. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.
