Our shipping costs reflect both the shipping costs and handling charges from our California warehouse.

Most orders ship within 1 business day once payment is received. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Please allow for the proper delivery time for your order.

International Shipping

Yazmo is not responsible for custom delays in any country. Individual customs departments can easily hold packages for several weeks if they feel the need. Although this is rare, we still do not have any control over this situation. We ask that international customers allow for some extra time so their package can properly clear customs.

Also please note that the customer is responsible for all custom fees, tariffs, quotas and any other fee imposed by the receiving country.

We will gladly exchange your item for another item within 7 days after you receive your order.

In addition, orders with expedited shipping can only be exchanged and cannot be returned for a refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately when you receive the item, so we can assist you promptly.

All returns (not including exchanges) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.

To return or exchange an item please contact our customer service department to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returned items without the proper RNA number will not be processed. Please allow 7 business days for processing your return from the day we receive it.

Any damages/defects will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days after you receive your order.
