This tool was especially designed by a mechanical engineer,
EXCLUSIVELY to use for rooting doll heads.
These needles are VERY STRONG imported surgical steel
and have been ground and sharpened
to the perfect slant to penetrate vinyl.
The engineer actually balanced the length and weight of the tool.

THE HANDLE
Many different designs, weights, lengths and widths were experimented with to come up with
the most ergonomically correct handle design possible.
This is a very COMFORTABLE TOOL to hold in your hand.
It's LONG SMOOTH quality wooden handle, has been
specifically engineered to fit NATURALLY in your hand.

There are other tools being offered on ebay with sewing machine needles.  These needles teeter in the handle causing the hole to stretch out of shape.  Then when the dissatisfied buyer returns the tool, the seller fills the hole with water then it is passed on to the next buyer.

NEVER PUT WATER INTO THE HANDLE.

This will only cause the wood to split.

Using this rooting tool, there is nothing

THE NEEDLE STAYS IN WITHOUT GLUE

The needle is machine pressed into the handle.  There is no hole drilled for the needle to be forced into the handle.
Many different brands, types and sizes of needles were tried
until one was found that was exceptionally strong,
could penetrate vinyl without as much breakage
and still have the ability to root one to a whole plug of hair,
eliminating the need of buying an array of different needle sizes.
The needles are imported and manufactured from the finest surgical steel and nickel plated. The slant and degree to which the needle
was sharpened uniquely,
and even the depth and angle degree, the needle is set at in the handle,
was experimented with until
COMPLETE SATISFACTION was met.
The needle has been sharpened to a 00.2mm ,
that's 1/5th the size of a 1.mm point
to create a smaller hole in the vinyl.
