Our customers are VERY important to us, and we strive to contact you several times during the order process. If you have not received an email invoice from us within 1 hour of your purchase, then you need to check your bulk email for our notices, and add "phonecardpro@vendio.com" to your list of approved senders. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to make sure that your server does not block our emails. It is our intent to let you know when your payment posts, and shipment status information. If your server still does not allow our emails, you can use the Checkout button above to enter our Vendio Checkout in lieu of an invoice.
Payment Policies:
As of October 25th, 2008, eBay's new Paperless Payments policy goes into effect. We prefer payment by PayPal!
If you are the Winning Bidder of any of our auctions and intend to bid on or purchase more items, PLEASE do NOT pay until you are finished shopping! Items paid for separately are NOT eligible for combined S&H discounts, and may be shipped separately. When your shopping is done, you'll receive a Winning Bidder Notice on each item won with a link to Vendio Checkout. Our Vendio Checkout will automatically combine your purchases and auction wins for maximum shipping & insurance savings, as well as provide a link to PayPal; you do not have to wait for us to send you a combined invoice!
Use of our Vendio Checkout is HIGHLY recommended, especially if you need to supply us with your current shipping address. An additional shipping charge may be billed if items are returned to us because a customer does not provide us with a valid current address. Furthermore, it may take 30 days or more for the Post Office to return a parcel with an invalid address. Due to the volume of sales, we are unable to read or respond to special requests included with your PayPal payment; if you need to reach us, please use eBay messaging, email, or the Remarks section in our Vendio Checkout.
Payment must be received NO LATER THAN 7 days after the auction closes, or item may be relisted and eBay will be notified about the Unpaid Item.
Shipping & Handling Policy:
We believe that all items paid for should be sent to buyers promptly. That's why we always ship within 48 hours of cleared payment, and often sooner then that!
We do our best to keep Shipping charges low. Shipping charges include the costs that we incur, such as bubble mailers/boxes, bubble wrap, labels, transportation, and postage. We also include Delivery Confirmation or tracking on every eligible package!
All of our listings have shipping options and charges that are clearly posted. If you believe our low shipping charges are worthy of less than a Five-Star rating, please DO NOT BID; we'd rather have no rating at all than four stars or less in this category! Combined Shipping Policy:
Pay S&H on the one item with the highest S&H cost, save at least $2.20 off of the S&H cost for each additional item in your order! Don't miss out on the opportunity to save even more and buy more than one item! All auctions must close within 7 days of the first win, and must be shipped to the same address to qualify for S&H savings.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you purchase parcel insurance for your purchase, as we are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit. We use a private insurance carrier for parcel insurance -- not the U.S. Postal Service. This results in superior coverage for our customers (the private company actually pays claims)!
Feedback Policy:
Our system is set up to post positive feedback immediately after positive feedback is posted for us. We do a lot of transactions, and this makes sure that everyone who participates in the feedback system will receive feedback from us.
Our goal is to provide FIVE STAR service in every category of the Detailed Seller Ratings. Some things, however, are outside of our control, such as Postal Service delays, ISP's servers blocking our email notices, etc. If you think we could have done better, please let us know, as we value your suggestions, and strive to make EVERY transaction a FIVE STAR experience!
