in past by Starbacks. A former showroom display unit that was used
for two demonstrations only plus one delicious shot of espresso
brewed just while ago for a testing purpose before this auction. – That is it!
This build like a tank espresso machine is in better then excellent
condition both cosmetically and functionally. – Close to the new one.
Even original plastic protecting the chrome finish of the back cover
of the machine is still on. - I pulled out slightly its left upper corner
to make this fact more evident on the third picture.
Auction pictures show the actual item in its entirety.
Regardless of the almost new condition, machine has one small
problem without any affect on its otherwise perfect functionality.
The lights of two switches (ON/OFF and Steam) work intermittently.
Machine was stored for few years. - It is very possible so some
connections got oxidized over the time and the while of the continuous
use might bring them back to the predictable functionality.
- Again: This has no bearing what so ever on any functionality aspect
of this great semi-professional machine. - It produces wonderful,
creamy shot of espresso and provides ample steam supply to satisfy
any possible cappuccino desires. Moreover, it is attractive enough
to complement any household décor.
The lucky winner of this sale will receive all and only the following:
* A complete Proteo Grande espresso/cappuccino machine with
a brass boiler, powerful 15-bar pump, top cup warmer surface
and a large 2.7 liter removable water tank that could be also
conveniently refilled from the top.
* Original portafilter with a double filter basket.
* Four brand new stick-on rubber feet.
Original box and instructions are not available anymore. However,
I will provide appropriate safe packaging as well as instructions on
how to prime the pump your new espresso machine before the first use.
