WARRANTY
If a consumer has a technical issue with their
mobility scooter or power wheelchair, they simply call the Active Care service line, and the
technician they speak with will troubleshoot the problem and determine the best
course of action to resolve the issue. The solution may include shipping the user a
replacement part, arranging for service, or repairing the product at our service
facility. The customer pays nothing out-of-pocket, except for any expenses related
to shipping the product to us, if necessary.
All service issues are handled through ActiveCare. The plan is good for
one year, beginning at the consumer's date of purchase.
ActiveCare warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for the following periods:
Five Years: Base frame
Three Years: Seat frame
12 Months: Electronic controllers
Motor & Brake (electronic function only), Charger,
Any other electrical subassembly
6 Months: Batteries
