Up for auction is this perfectly primitive pillow hand painted and hand stitched by the seller, Kathi Manville of the Sassy Cat Folk Art Studio. The center panel is hand painted and stitched on coffee-stained muslin (just enough grungy to make it look old) with a backing of "Warm and Natural" quilt batting for a professional finish to the stitchery. The rest of the pillow is constructed from high quality quilt fabrics which I purchased from my favorite quilt shop (not the cheap stuff from Wal-Mart). I love, love, love this pillow and know you will too if you are the lucky bidder. Lots of hours went into this pillow and I am sure you will appreciate the quality of this piece.
