Greetings! Here's a real Primitive Santa and his reindeer! I think this little reindeer is not one of the regulars..he's a newbie who is in training... :o)

This PieCaKe PRiMiTiVeS Santa dollie measures about 16"..his little reindeer measures about 7" long by 6" tall. Santa is made from painted and grunged muslin, and is attached to a painted and sealed paper mache` cone.

Santa has wool hair and his facial features are hand stitched.

Santa's suit has been made from flannel that has been trimmed with grungy batting and rusty bells.

Santa's little reindeer is made from a Netty LaCroix pattern. He has cinnamon stick legs and twigs for antlers.

You cand display Santa and his little friend on a shelf or table with other Primitive Christmas needfuls..or you could use Santa as a Christmas Tree topper. He will be a great addition to your Primitive Christmas Folk Art Doll collection! You will be pleased! :o)
