1.When my item will ship out? how long is it going to take?

All the order will be process within 24hours when payment received,and order will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. If order were out of stock,we will notice the buyer within 24hours via e-mail,cancel the order from ebay and issue full refund via paypal.

2.How do I track my order status?

All the order will ship out with tracking number,buyers will receive the tracking via email from paypal or ebay message.

3.What's the condition of the products? what's the return policy?

All the products are in Brand New Factory Sealed Condition. We Accept Return for exchange or refund in 30days.If for the products' quality problem, we would cover all the return expensive for the buyers,otherwise,For any other reason for return or exchange,we need to charge 15% as the restocking fee.If buyers realize that they receive the wrong shipment,please do NOT open the package,and contact us back immediately and we would fix the issue for our customers priority.
