In respect of all transits insured hereunder, privilege is hereby granted to the Assured or the Policy
Holder to elect to place the Subject-matter into a warehouse or other place of storage during
the course of the insured transit for any reason for a period not exceeding 14 days. For the
purposes of this insurance, such a period of storage shall be deemed to bein the ordinary course
of transit.
Subject to the Assured giving instructions to the Policy Holder to effect insurance hereunder prior to
the commencement of storage, this insurance shall extend to include Subject-matter in a third
party warehouse or other place of storage which the Assured elects to use either for storage
other than in the ordinary course of transit or for allocation and distribution, including in the
event that there is no transit risk insured hereunder (collectively hereinafter called "Storage Risks").
Including on delivery into and whilst at an exhibition, demonstration, trade fair or similar event
(collectively hereinafter called "Exhibition Risks").
In Most cases, a dinged package does not mean that your products have been damaged. If after opening and inspecting your package you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return.We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition.
If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund.
