- Orders will be shipped with USPS, UPS/DHL Innovation Mail or UPS
- If shipped via UPS, you will receive tracking # automatically upon shipment (please wait 1-2 business days to track online)
- Delivery Confirmation is provided for domestic mail and destination countries eligible for USPS First Class / First Class International Mail.
- Most Orders are usually shipped same day if payment is received before 2:00 p.m. PST , if not, then the very next business day. We don't ship on Saturday's and Sundays.

- Insurance
You have an option to purchase shipping insurance at the time of checkout. Please be sure to take care of insurance at that time because we will not and cannot add insurance once package is in route.
Our company will not be responsible for package lost in mail without insurance.
- Rerouting a package
If your address at the time of payment is not correct or if you have not updated it prior to making a payment, we are not responsible for fees associated with rerouting your package via any shipping carrier. Customer will be held 100% responsible. Please make sure your address is current on your eBay account before making payment.

Types We Don't Take Direct Wire Transfers
1. We ship to Confirmed/Billing addresses only! No Exceptions!
-Confirmed means that Paypal has verified your billing address
2. Sales Tax: California residents please add 8.250% Sales Tax.
3. Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction closed. If payment is not receive within 10 days, we will regard the transaction as void and certainly leave negative feedback unless buyer have contacted us

Return Policy
- Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee of the item price will be applied to all returns issued for a refund. No exceptions. Those exchanging products due to defective items or mishaps will not be subject to the restocking fee.
- Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling charges are Non-refundable under any circumstance .
The ONLY time that shipping and handling charges will be refunded is if you are accidentally shipped an incorrect product and no longer want the product you ordered due to time constraints. Otherwise, there are no exceptions as the shipping and handling charges will have been applied. Please keep in mind that you are agreeing to this by bidding on this auction.
- If you receive your package and find that it is defective, we will gladly replace the product for you, even if the auction states, "Sales are Final". Please keep in mind this is ONLY if the unit received is defective DOA . We'll be happy to facilitate a replacement for you once we receive the product back in our warehouse. The time frame for which to report the defective item is 14 days, after which we will no longer accept the return.
