This UNOPENED/UNSEARCHED foil pack was a one-year only idea by PSA about 10 years ago.  They sealed PSA 8 or better graded baseball, football or basketball trading cards into these packs for a $19.95 price per pack...a SCARCE/ODD-BALL item!!!!!!!!!!     ***PLEASE NOTE:  all sales final on all unopened product...SORRY!!!
