This is a great piece for your collection or your Xmas tree. It is a resin cast miniature replica of the Empire State Building with Santa himself striking a King Kong pose atop. The sides of the building are lit in Christmas Tree patterns. Measures 4.75" tall. Base is 1 by 1.25".
