Payment Terms: Paypal is our preferred shipping method. Company checks (no personal checks) can be mailed to 316 Walnut Ave SE Roanoke, VA 24014. We will also take Credit Card orders over the phone, please call us at 1-540-904-7090 and ask for the payments department. Delivery time: Delivery time in the United States is normally 3-5 business days. International shipping may take up to 4 weeks depending on your location and shipping choice. Please be aware that we observe all (US) national / bank holidays and we do not ship on those days. Buyer pays actual shipping cost for their location, plus 1.50 handing charge for packing and materials. We recommend UPS for all shipping, use USPS at your own risk. We do combine shipping, please contact us with your request. We do not ship in flat rate boxes, please see the section below regarding this. Carrier:- US orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS parcel post. International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. Please use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping charges. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes APO or FPO addresses. Flat Rate boxes: We do not ship merchandise in flat rate boxes, as they are too flimsy and too small for the majority of our products. Email requests to ship items in a flat rate box will be deleted without a reply. Tracking Number: You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with a link containing your tracking number so you can monitor your orders shipping status. Lost Packages: We recommend UPS for all shipping, as they provide tracking for every step of the shipping process. Use USPS at your own risk. USPS tracking only tracks when the item has been shipped and when it was dropped off. If a package is lost by the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and / or file a claim. Customs - Tariffs, Taxes, Duties, Fees Local Pick-up: We offer local pickup from our location in Roanoke, Virginia, Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm. Please contact us if you need directions. We have a loading dock, a forklift, as well as ground level access. For local pickup, we do charge a $10.00 fee if your item uses a pallet. International Shipping: CSI SURPLUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES, TAXES, OR OTHER FEES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY CUSTOMS WHEN YOUR PACKAGE REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. Customs taxes for your country will be calculated based on the items replacement value; however we are unable to provide you with information about duties, taxes, or other fees that may originate once the package arrives in your country. By placing an order with CSI Surplus, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping and customs costs. If you choose to not pay for these fees, then you abandon your package and are not entitled to any refund. Once the package leaves the United States, the package is your responsibility to either claim or abandon. For our mutual protection, all packages are insured for the exact value of your order. We will NOT tell a shipping company that the value of the package is less than it actually is, or state "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE". Check with your local authorities: Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to possess. Although we may not be restricted by United States law to export an item, it may still be unlawful for you to import and/or possess these items. As the buyer you become the importer of record and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you receive from CSI Surplus. No refunds will be given for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States. If your shipment is confiscated by customs: If your shipment is confiscated by United States customs, you may be entitled to a refund or reshipment. However, once the package leaves the United States, it then becomes your responsibility, and not the responsibility of CSI Surplus, to either reclaim or abandon the shipment. No refunds will be issued for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States. Shortage / DamagePlease unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 15 business days of delivery. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call or e-mail us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. ***CSI Surplus is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.*** Please note that items we sell are often already in used condition. Items that are auctioned "AS IS" will be refunded if damage is determined to have been caused by the shipping company; otherwise these items have no warranty. Items sold "AS IS" cannot be returned unless otherwise noted. DiscrepanciesPlease inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.
