This product works perfectly, but due to the normal usage, the unit has scratches as stated in the beginning. My feedback is 100% and I will resolve any situation. However, this product sells as is and there is no return policy linked to this product. Again, this unit works well with no problems.

LCD condition (honest opinion): The LCD has one dead pixel on the bottom left corner (unnoticeable).

Extra info: This unit was used by one of my children and he took good care. Now, he is wanting to jump to the Wii console instead. So, we are trying to get the down payment!
