SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will ship via Express Mail.

We only ship to USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Package usually ships within 24-48 hours of payment being received (Weekends 48 hrs).

Please note that although we will ship out your item within 48 hours, your item may leave Hong Kong after 2-4 days due to Post Office processing time.

About the delivery time. Express Mail : it will take 7-12 days for delivery. For Spain, Italy and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to Customs clearance period.

Please note that delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed.

If your item is returned to us for the reason of your side (Customs or Post Office), we are glad to resend your item. But you should pay us the actual shipping cost from Hong Kong to your location.

For USA, Australia and UK, you needn't to pay any Customs Tax in most of cases. But we cannot guarantee for other countries.

We are not responsbile for lost or damaged item(s) during shipping if no insurance was purchased.

RETURN POLICY

We will replace items which are malfunctioning items for 14 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.

Returns are usually processed within 2-4 days from the time there received .

Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival).

Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
