There is no restocking fee on returns due to warranty claims, defective merchandise or Turftractor shipping errors if reported within 14 days. All other returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Freight to be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed for warranty claims, defective merchandise and TurfTractor shipping errors. Items not in original salable condition and in the original package may be charged an additional 25%.
