Fiesta Americana - Puerto Vallarta rises along the beach in the Northern Hotel Zone, less than five kilometers from famed Malecón walkway in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Diagonally across the street from the resort, Plaza Caracol contains a Mexican self-serve supermarket that sells cookies, donuts, pastries, cakes, pies, and warm-from-the-oven breads.

This package is good for 12 months from date of purchase.  This package is priced low  because this is a resort promotion. While you are on your vacation all we ask is for you to take a 90 minute tour of the Resort and learn about vacation ownership during your trip! 

 

You are under NO obligation to buy, join or sign a thing at the tour and the rest of your vacation time is yours!  By agreeing to the 90 minute tour, you will be saving big time on your vacation!

 

                            This offer is valid for US, Canada  (excluding Quebec) residents only.


 
 
 

You must also meet the following requirements:

  • Married and co-habitating couples must be between 30-65 years old and have lived together at least 1 year 

  • Married and co-habitating couples must attend the presentation and be traveling together

  • Same sex couples must be between 30-65 and have lived together at least 1 year

  • Both parties' booking addresses  must match the address on your valid ID

  • Single women must be between 30-65 years old

  • No single men at this time.

  • You must speak/read/understand English or Spanish fluently

  • All participants must be US, Canada (excluding Quebec), residents

  • Must be employed full time

  • No full time students, travel agents, airline employees, hospitality or vacation ownership employees

  • You must have a major credit card(NO DEBIT CARDS) and drivers license or state ID to check in

  • Your before tax annual household income must be at least $50,000 US

  • This vacation package is not good for groups, such as;  more than one family or friend traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates.   

  • You do not qualify for this offer if you have toured or a owner with Fiesta Americana in the last 18 months or have toured this destination previously

  • The following conditions and terms must be signed before booking your dates

  • Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance, but not more than 6 months in advance

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance

  • This is a legal binding contract and you must meet the qualifications stated or you will be charged for the extra costs associated with non-compliance of this contract.
