RETURN POLICY:
We want our customers to be pleased with our product's as well as our service.
If there is a malfunctioning problem with the unit within 90 days of the auction you will have to notify us through email and you will be sent an RA(return authorization) number. If there are any other problems other than a malfunctioning one, please contact us and we will try to help you with it.
The product must be sent back with the RA# and original box, all wires, booklets, or anything else that the unit orginally came with. Otherwise it can be refused by us and will be sent back. If a product arrives to you damaged, refuse the order and contact us. We will fix any problems that could occur. We will send you back a brand new unit, or in rare cases we will repair the item for you. Some units only have a consumer warranty and will be specified in the auction. Again, returns must be recieved the way it way recieved by you. Never throw away the box and/or any parts the unit came with, otherwise we will not be able to help you on your return.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility. We will ship back returns as fast as we possibly can. The product will usually ship out within afew days of us recieving it.
