Damaged merchandise must be reported within three days of receipt for an exchange. If after the three day period you are still not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund returns, minus shipping (in original undamaged packing) within 7 days. A restocking fee of 20 percent shall apply. Very rarely it may be possible that an item will be out of stock, in which case refunds may be given. No refunds without prior approval.
