This Pacific #PDSRC15A 1.5" - V Angle Adjustable Rack Clamp is very useful for mounting toms or cymbal booms off of any rack using 1.5" round pipe such as DW, Pacific, Gibraltar and Tama. 

It can also be used on the 1.5" round leg assemblies of Pearl racks. 

The multi-clamp side is ratcheted for any angle you may need and holds tubes from 5/8" up to 1 1/4" VERY SECURELY. 

It's also hinged for EZ ON/OFF.
