Each purchase (quantity 1) allows you to pick from one of the following services. Please be clear what you want with your payment.

Activations:

- Activate ANY Verizon phone with a CLEAN ESN (Can't be stolen, lost, unpaid bill, suspended account, etc)

- Most US area codes are available. When you purchase please include the zip code your area code is located in and send me your top two or three area codes of choice.

- You will get 100 free minutes ($12.00) worth of free airtime upon activation. This will not expire for 120 days. IL residents get 50 free minutes ($6.00) worth of airtime.

- We will give you a new phone number based on your zip code you provide. You can always port your current number in later through PagePlusCellular.com or PagePlus Customer Service.

In your Activation Payment, please include:

1) Either the ESN, MEID, HEX, or DEC number from the back of the phone (behind the battery), and
2) The ZIP code where you would like your new mobile number, as well as your two or three preferred area codes.

If we do not have one of those two area codes available we will assign one as close as possible to your location. Your number can always be changed later or you can always port in a number to replace your current number.

ESN Changes:

If you are looking to change your phone on PagePlus, this is what you need!

To CHANGE your ESN We need:

1. Your old ESN #

2. Your Phone #

3. Your NEW ESN / HEX / MEID / DEC #

4. Minimum account balance of $10 (required by PagePlus) which will transfer to the new phone.

Phone # Changes:

Need a new phone number? No problem!

To CHANGE your Phone number we need:

1. Your ESN of your phone (also known as HEX/MEID/DEC #)

2. Your Old Phone #

3. Your Desired Area code & Zip Code. (Not all area codes are available with PagePlus)

4. Minimum account balance of $10 (required by PagePlus) which will transfer to the new phone.

Please note, your phone MUST be able to pick up Verizon signal in order to program or re-program a phone. If your phone is OLD or does not have a updated PRL then you may need to manually program it through PagePlus Customer Service or travel to an area that has coverage.

Policy Changes Effective 10/19/09

Effective October 19th, 2009 the following policy changes will take effect:

1. The amount credited on an activation is changing from $12.00 to $6.00.

2. A $6.00 credit will be added to the account on a port-in.

3. The $10.00 minimum balance required on an ESN change will no longer be required.

4. The $10.00 minimum balance required on an MDN change will no longer be required.

The major impact of these changes will be to help reduce confusion, streamline and simplify these processes for the dealer, and reduce the amount of call volume to our customer service center regarding these issues.

These changes will take effect 10/19/09 and will remain in effect until the end of the year, at which time the policies will be re-evaluated in order to identify the best long-term solution to this confusing customer service issue.
