I now have my own antiques website. I'd be honored if you'd drop by. The link is also on my ME page. http://www.ctyankantiques.com/
This beautifully painted clock face probably dates to the early 1800's. There is much paint wear to the roman numerals, numbers and maker. I can make out a B and not sure if perhaps it is Boston, or it could be English. The floral painted corners and the birds are in real good shape. No stencils, all handpainted! These look absolutely captivating hanging on a wall, especially in a grouping. You will love it!
Size: 13" square. It weighs 3-1/4 lbs unpacked. If you need dimensions of the hole locations (in case you have a clock that needs a face), do email me.
I ship to USA only. I have a very low reserve on this piece so have fun. Please check out my other AAFA listings. Please take a moment to read my "fine print" below including a short explanation of AAFA. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Payment is PayPal only, per ebay's new rules. Handling charge includes insurance (ebay's new rule) and delivery confirmation. Communication is key; I ask that you acknowledge my invoice within two days and arrange payment within four days. I combine shipping for similar items. I reserve the right to end an auction early if there doesn't seem to be any interest after a few days. Michigan sales tax of 6% applies to Michigan residents unless you have an up-to-date tax number. Thanks!
I am pleased to be participating in the AAFA, American Antiques Folk Art effort. We will continue to bring you quality, honest antiques and folk art. Enter AAFA into Search and enjoy! We've had certain cases where some uninvited sellers have not used the AAFA banner correctly but you will recognize those listings immediately. We are working on it and appreciate your loyalty to those AAFA sellers that continue to work hard to bring you great items each week!
