My Policies: I ship all Ebay items whether store purchase or auction on Mondays. This is not done to keep you in suspense but to keep me more efficient and on top of my business. Your purchase will be shipped the first monday after payment has been received with the exception of holidays falling on monday whereas the shipping will occur on tuesday.

I suggest all buyers purchase insurance on any Ebay purchase. Sellers may do their best to package and ship but cannot control the lack of care a shippers agents may employ during shipping. ALL items selling for over $75 will have mandatory insurance on the purchase by the buyer.

 I charge local sales tax of 7.25% on all purchases made by buyers from California. If you are not from California there will be no taxes. Sorry but it is the law.

Returns are accepted unless otherwise noted in the description. My return policy is that I must be notified within 24 hours via email at sodakbaby@hotmail.com. The item must be shipped back in the original condition which it was sent for a refund. Shipment back will be at the buyers expense so please ask any questions prior to bidding or buying as I don't beleive in buyers remorse. If your item has been damaged in shipping please contact me via email and inform me so that a shipping claim can be opened to take care of both of us.

The majority of items sold by Sodakbaby will belong to the seller however at times I will place consignment items for sale. I will do my best to test these items but may not have the full resources to test 100%. For this reason I have subscribed to square trade to offer buyers protection. I encourage you to use square trade warranties as they protect you with parts and labor coverage for cents on the dollar.

I do not beleive in feedback as a method of attaining what you want. I am very reasonable and would rather work any issues out between buyer and seller. If feedback is used by buyers to obtain something from me I will report it to ebay.

I will leave positive feedback after you have received your purchase and left feedback from the purchase.
