 Arrange Freight: You of course may use your own shipping method... simply arrange shipping using the information I have supplied in the listing, and have your carrier call for a pick-up date and time. Once the item leaves my warehouse I am not responsible for damage nor am I willing to arranmge the freight with YOUR CARRIER. You will arrange, pay for and assume ALL RESPOSIBILITY for same. You will be charged the handling fee only.

 RETURN POLICY: There is a 30 day guarantee on all purchases. If within 30 days of receipt of your furniture you decide it does not suit your needs, submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)via email to hartwelldesign@aol.com . We will provide you with an authorization number. Once RMA is issued and merchandise is returned to our warehouse at 5205 Starkey Road, Roanoke, VA 24018, it will be inspected. Provided the item is in it's original condition and there is no damage, a refund of the purchase price less a 30% restocking fee will be issued to you. Please allow 30 days for refund.
