Our goal is 100% satisfaction with every transaction. Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Many of the items that we sell are previously owned unless stated differently, ie. (NEW or UNUSED)
All the merchandise we sell we give a 3 day money back guarantee. Within 3 days of the day you receive your item, you must contact us, let us know of any problem and you can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price, shipping costs are not refunded. If you have any questions please email us before you bid, after you bid is not the time to ask your questions about the item itself.

We test all merchandise thoroughly if they are used. We will note any problems that we find. Because we sell such a wide variety of merchandise sometimes we just don't know how to test every feature. If you would like any specific tests done on a used item we are selling please notify us and we will make every effort to comply with your request before your bid.

If you have a problem after the sale we will of course make all reasonable attempts to work with you in repairing or resolving the problem. If they item you receive is not what you expected it to be you must notify us via email. If the item is new it must still be sealed when you ship it back to us, all items returned must be in the exact condition they were shipped in to qualify for a refund. 

Keep in mind your bid on E-bay is a binding contract and payment is expected within 5 days of the ended auction. Insurance is recommended on items shipped and if you choose it will be purchased on your behalf to protect your purchase during it's transit to you. Some items we require on the item. Because insurance is purchased any recourse in regards to shipping is to be handled between the buyer and the post office.

Shipping

Shipping is based on your location. Many auctions will have a "Calculate Shipping" option and if you put in your Zip code or country it will give you the costs of any types of shipping being offered. After winning an auction please forward your shipping information to us ASAP. We prefer that you use Ebay's check out system to save time. We will let you know the shipping charges based on the information you provide if there is no calculate shipping option or set shipping price.

NOTE: Due to Ebay's "new policies", buyers are no longer allowed to choose for themselves if they wish to insure their packages. So now the seller has to decide it for you. From now on to protect your new purchase we have added the actual cost of insurance to all packages that are fragile or are over $500 into the total shipping price for items going within the USA. 

ALL Overseas / out of country winners, insurance is manditory and is added into the total shipping costs automatically.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying, as the seller I have no clue on what fees may or may not be.

If being shipped out of the United States then insurance is MANDATORY on all purchases. Please be sure to include the cost of insurance for your items.

On multiple purchases if they can be shipped together then shipping can be combined to SAVE YOU MONEY! Email us and let us know that you have purchased more than one item.
