These 12" high vases have a base that measures approximately 6 1/2" long x 3 1/4" wide. They are made of Haeger Pottery from one of the plants in either Dundee or Macomb Illinois. Both vases bear the original paper denoting the 75th anniversary of Haeger Potteries which was celebrated by the Haeger company in 1947. These vases along with many other figurines and vases were the result of "an art competition" for large scale production. Reference: Lehner's Encyclopedia of U. S. Marks on Pottery, Porcelain & Clay 1988. The vases are in excellent condition with no chips, crazing, or flea bites. xxx351
Vermont Law now requires a 6% sales tax on all items shipped out of state which includes shipping and handling charges, which is shown on the last line of the invoice. If the purchasing is for resale, then no sales tax applies, but we need a copy of state issued resale tax exempt form.
