You are bidding on a pair of near mint condition of 1963 CALIFORNIA BLACK LICENSE PLATES.  The license plates reads QNV 959.  One of the plates has a red California sticker in the upper left corner that reads 1973 and a yellow sticker in the upper right corner that reads 1972.  Please see my other listings for license plates and license plate frames.
