We accept PayPal, money orders payable in US dollars, and Visa and Mastercard.  We do not accept personal checks.  Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Sales tax of 7% will be charged to any item sold to a buyer with a Georgia residence.

Using the shipping calculator on ebay will, in most cases, give you a reliable estimate of shipping costs but for exact cost, contact us either before or after purchase or wait for our invoice. 

In addition to the carrier charge we charge a shipping and handling fee to  cover expenses which include time and materials, insurance, and tracking. Where shipping calculator is available in listing, our shipping and handling fee is included in that calculated figure.

Our Shipping and Handling charge will range range from $3.50 and $7.50 depending on the size, weight, fragility, cost to insure, ease or difficulty in packaging, and the like.

Ground shipping is usually through FedEx but the ebay calculator for UPS will give an approximation of ground shipping cost.  Exceptions to this, for example FREE SHIPPING, will be noted in the item's description.

Note to international buyers:  It is unlawful for us to mark an item as a gift on the customs declaration when it is a sales transaction. Nor do we mark an item's value as less than the sale price. We will not do it so please do not ask.  It is your responsibility to know the customs requirements, import fees, and size limitations for imported items. 

Please note that we may offer first class mail as a shipping option if an item is small and lightweight as an economical alternative but we cannot insure first class mail international.  International buyers choose this at your own risk with no refund or return.

In most cases we ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment, not including weekends and holidays.  WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

Return Policy Details: Refund of purchase price if item is not as represented, if we are notified immediately (within 3 days of receipt) and we receive returned item asap after such notification. All shipping is buyer's responsibility unless we err.  Items indicated "as Is" may not be returned.  Other items may have factory or manufacturer warranties and will be noted in the listing.  If that is the case you should contact the manufacturer with problems.  The item will arrive with the warranty information.  

No return or refund if international 1st class shipping is selected and these items are not insurable or trackable.
