This little ensemble may seem intimidating to make, but it is surprisingly easy!   Do not be afraid of the pleats, simply follow the instructions and you will see that they are a charm to make.   Just make sure that your iron steams well, and that you choose a fabric that has natural fibers that will help keep the pleat creases neat and tight.   Have fun sewing!
