Now the fine quality of California Republic's Palomino brand pencils is extended to our unique new Wood Crafter Hobby kit.  This kit is produced from the same genuine California Incense-cedar wood as our excellent Palomino and Golden Bear pencils.   The Wood Crafter Hobby Kit contains 340 pieces of pre-cut shapes produced from solid cedar wood plus 50 dowels (non-cedar).  Each kits contains:

• circles or wheels in 3 different diameters - 70 pieces total
• triangles in 2 sizes - 40 pieces total
• rectangles and squares in 11 sizes - 110 pieces total
• mini sticks/beams in 3 sizes - 120 pieces total
• dowels - 50 pieces

The large number of shapes and sizes allow for maximum creativity in designing and assembling wooden crafts.  All of the items in photographs here were crafted from the shapes included in this kit. Our 5mm thick standard pencil slat thickness provides for a more substantial feel and thickness than other common kits produced from much thinner plywood.  This will make final product produced sturdier and longer lasting.

The same great technical characteristics that make Incense-cedar the World's Premier pencil wood material are ideal also for wood crafting purposes.  Our precut shapes are smoothly finished in the factory, can be glued together well, are easily manipulated to craft additional wood carving details and are exceptionally good for painting and finishing.    

The Palomino Wood Crafter Kit is packaged in an attractive cardboard box that protects the cedar wood shape pieces and is further packaged for safe shipment of your order.
