Description: The outdoor pan and tilt mechanism shall mount directly on a flat surface. The outdoor pan and tilt mechanism shall provide panning and tilting of a camera and its outdoor housing. The mechanism shall pan on an angle from 10° to 340° at a speed fo 7.2° per sec. and be able to tilt 15° up and 60° down at a speed of 3.6° per sec.
