This book was written by Stephen Phillips & it was published by the John Lane Company New York, London. The book measures 7.25" x 4.75" & it has 120pp & advertisements. The book has green boards with gilding on the front cover & the spine. The book has the former owner's name, location & date on the first page in black ink. The pages are slightly tanned. There is light - moderate wear on the corners of the covers. There is light soiling on the front/back covers. There is also light wear on the top/bottom of the spine. Overall the book is in very good condition.

This book comes from the contents of a very old estate and is being sold for a client.

 

All books are packaged in such a manner as to avoid any possible damage during shipping.  

 

 

We are currently in the process of listing several hundred books from a rather large estate.
