A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
I don't count pattern pieces, but I have sold lots and lots of patterns and have never had a problem. If a pattern isn't put away with care I don't sell it. Most people who sew take great pride in keeping their patterns pristine. This lot is sold as is.
If you have specific questions please ask.
I hope you will also check out my store items. I carry a nice variety of useful and unusual items. I am always happy to combine shipping.
Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. If you need more time please write.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I welcome international bidders. If you bid on an item please include your phone number when entering your address. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying as I don't have that information.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. The value of the item will be calculated at your purchase price.
PACKAGING: I use used boxes and fluff. I often turn the box inside out in order to make it look new or to reduce previous labeling. I do this because I care about the planet. I am not a global warmest, I have been saving water and turning out lights and precycling long before Al Gore knew there was a problem. I just care about the planet and all who live here and my future generations having a clean place to live - heck, just having a place to live myself. Therefore, I recycle when I can. Just thought you should know.
HANDLING FEE: I also charge a $2 handling fee. Again, I thought you should know.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If you are an international buyer postage will be calculated according to where you live. International postage can be costly. Anything less than 4 pounds can ship for First Class. The problem with First Class is that you cannot insure it. I am happy to ship Priority with any weight but anything over 4 pounds will have to go Priority. I will always try to figure out which is your best bargain.
SHIPPING: I say that I ship on Tuesday and Thursday but the truth is I usually ship every day. I do have a day job, though and so timing is everything. What time of the day, or night, your payment arrives has a lot to do with when it is shipped. I usually print labels for packages in the early evening.
TIMELINE: When I ship, you will receive a letter from PayPal. Even tho I print out a shipping label on the PayPal site with a tracking number on it, the post office often doesn't scan the item until it reaches its destination post office. I wish that were different, but it's not. I know it's hard to wait, but if you're concerned about your packages whereabouts the post office won't talk to me about it until 14 days have passed. I will work with you if you think something is lost I recommend insurance. Without it the post office claims no responsibility and is very unhelpful.
Please look your item over carefully before you purchase. We try very hard to take representative pictures and give details about the product so that you know what you're purchasing. If our detail doesn't answer your question please write. We have a no return policy. Thank you in advance.
We find the treasures that you've been looking for!
