This is a classic! It's simple to play, but difficult to master. You and your opponent take turns giving your partner one word to try and get him or her to say the Password, with the point value decreasing for each clue given. Simple enough, right? Tons of fun. There's the great charge you get when you and your partner just seem to connect, and get the strangest words off of one clue. Good game for adults to play. Too difficult, probably, for most kids who are in junior high or younger because of their vocabulary. And the great thing about this game, is it's durable. As long as there's an English language, this game will be playable. (One thing, I don't like the plastic scoring clip you're supposed to slide along the box to keep track of the point value of each word. Milton Bradley used to use a scoring dial, which seems a little better. The clip may mark up your box too much if you're a collector.) Play the game, and you'll understand why so many big stars like Jimmy Stewart, Lucille Ball, Carol Burnett, Bob Crane, Bob Denver, and Jack Benny clamored to appear on the TV show.
