  • Will this reset the password on ANY Windows® operating systems?
    Yes, this will work for all versions of Windows 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows Vista®, and the new Windows 7®!!!
  • Will this software unlock a BIOS or hard drive password?
    No, this will only reset the user's password on Microsoft® Windows.

  • (For PC's formerly used at workplace) This computer used to be used on a network and there is a domain at my login screen along with the username and password fields. Will this software clear the domain too?
    This software will not clear the domain, but on most PC's there is an option to log on locally rather than using the network domain (found at the login screen). This software will still be able to clear the password regardless, but you may want to verify first that you can change the domain login to a local connection first. Please contact us for additional support with this :)

  • Will this allow me to change the username and password once the password has been reset in Microsoft® Windows?
    This software won't change the username or password, but we can provide support how you can do this once you are logged into the system. Please contact us for additional help after purchase - Tutorial also coming soon!
