There is one minor nick on the underside of the lug at 1 O'Clock (this can be polished out if desired),

other than this the watch is MINT!!!

The strap is in excellent condition, it is a short size genuine Patek strap.

The watch comes with the original Certificate of Origin.  The certificate is dated February of 2006.

All of our watches come with a TWO Year warranty.  This warranty covers any mechanical issues that may arise.  The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear,and does not cover water damage caused by not properly locking the crown into place.
