This is the PATTERN AND INSTRUCTIONS for building THE WESTERN CEDAR BARN BIRDHOUSE.  Dimensions of the finsihed birdhouse are 18" high, 20" wide and 9" deep.  It can easily be cleaned by removing a couple of screws in the base.
